Every child moves every day. Some go on to represent the school at state and national level. All of them leave here fit, coordinated, and unafraid of a ball.
What we play
Grounds, and what's on them.
Cricket
Nets and matches on our full-length ground. Coached by ex-Ranji trainers. Fields U-11, U-14, U-17, and open teams every season.
Football
Two floodlit turfs across our two campuses. Inter-house league in autumn, inter-school in spring. Girls' and boys' squads at every age band.
Athletics
Track and field on a marked 200m loop. Sprint, distance, throw, and jump events at the annual sports day and the Lucknow schools' meet.
Swimming
A heated 25-metre pool with dedicated learn-to-swim lanes. Every Grade 1 child leaves the year knowing how to float and glide.
Tennis & Table Tennis
Two clay courts, four indoor TT tables. Coached daily; competitive squad trains six mornings a week.
Yoga & Wellness
Weekly yoga for every child from Grade 1 up. Senior wellness includes strength training, breath-work, and a nutrition primer.

PE for everyone, every day
Every child, Nursery through Grade 12, has structured physical activity built into the school day. No exemptions except medical.
Play, then perform
Younger children play widely to discover what they enjoy. Specialisation and competitive selection begin from Grade 6 onward, never earlier.
Wellness, not just wins
Sleep, hydration, injury care, and rest are taught alongside skill. The physio room is as busy on match day as the changing room.
