Admissions

Scholarships &

Merit.

We keep a portion of every incoming class open for children whose talent or circumstance deserves a hand — because a Vedam education should turn on capability, not only on capacity to pay.

Four kinds of awards

What we look for.

Academic Merit

For students who have consistently placed at the top of their cohort — evidenced by school reports and, from Grade 8 onward, our internal assessment. Renewed each year on continued performance.

Sporting Excellence

For state, national, or comparable-level athletes in any sport we can field on campus — cricket, football, athletics, swimming, table tennis, chess. Assessed by our coaching panel.

Arts & Performance

For serious young musicians, dancers, actors, and visual artists — assessed by portfolio, audition, or performance recording. Includes access to our resident faculty in that discipline.

How it works

Applying, step by step.

1 · Apply for admission first

Every scholarship candidate must first hold a confirmed offer of admission. Merit assessment happens alongside — not before — the admissions process.

2 · Submit the scholarship form

A short form with supporting evidence: report cards, certificates, portfolios, recordings, or (for needs-based) a brief statement of circumstances.

3 · Panel review

A cross-departmental panel — academics, sport or arts, and the Principal — reviews each application. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a conversation or audition.

4 · Decision & renewal

Awards are communicated in writing within four weeks. Every scholarship is reviewed at the end of each academic year, so it continues to reward what it was awarded for.

Start with an admission enquiry.

Tell the admissions team you'd like to be considered for a scholarship — we'll take it from there.
